Hi Everyone: I am sorry to have to inform you that Carolyn Hampton passed away in her sleep last night. Mark Mundy and I were in Pittsburgh for a workshop yesterday and her supervisor and staff were all there. Carolyn was doing so well. She was getting out and using a walker and things were really looking positive. I have no further details other than at the present time no viewing is planned. This is such a sad thing to have happen to one of our colleagues and friends. I am certain we will all remember her with happy memories.
