There are two types of applications for COHEAO Membership:
Select this application if your organization has not yet joined COHEAO.
If your organization is already part of COHEAO and you wish to add
additional representatives, print out this application and send it to the
address listed on the form. The benefits and stipulations of Associate
Membership are as follows:
- Associate Members shall receive all COHEAO Newsletters, Policy
Papers, Bulletins and other information and literature provided to members.
- Associate Members may attend meetings, participate in discussions
and serve on committees.
- Associate Members may not chair committees or hold office.
- Associate Members may not vote, excepting by proxy, representing
the member named on their registration.
- Associate Members are for a period of one year and are renewable
at the discretion of the member named hereon.
- Associate Members' dues in the amount of $125 per year are payable
in advance upon each year's renewal.
