Technical/Web Issues
How do I print out the application?
Simply press the "Print" button on your web browser when
the scholarship application is displayed in your browser.
Return
I am having problems printing out the application.
What is wrong?
Any number of things could cause printing problems, most of which unfortunately
are beyond our ability to control and/or troubleshoot. Beyond basic, commonsense
recommendations (e.g. make sure your printer is turned on, is connected
to your computer and has not run out of paper), there is little we can
do to aid in solving these types of problems. We recommend you speak with
your system administrator, Internet Service Provider, or hardware manufacturer
for further help on these issues.

The font used on the scholarship application is
HUGE, causing it to print out incorrectly. How do I fix this?
While we have some control over font display sizes, many browsers can
override these settings. The scholarship application has been tested on
the major browsers in most of the major operating systems so that the printed
application will comfortably fit on four pages. If your application prints
differently, try adjusting the font size on your browser (this option is
under the "View" menu on both Netscape Navigator and Internet
Explorer). If you continue to have problems you could try upgrading your
current browser or try using another browser.

Grade Point Average
Should I include my current GPA or my cumulative
GPA?
You must only include your cumulative GPA on the COHEAO Scholarship Application
form.
Return
My school calculates GPA on a five point scale?
How do I calculate my GPA on a four point scale?
Multiply your GPA by 4.0 and then divide that number by 5.0. For example, if
your GPA is 3.8 on a five point scale: (3.8 x 4.0) / 5.0 = 3.04
